This position requires a Registered Nurse with previous experience working with the geriatric population. We are looking for a Skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to work on our Supportive Living Neighborhoods for all shifts, full-time and part-time. 

Candidates must have the following

  • Current LPN License for Pennsylvania

  • One Year of LTC experience preferred
  • Experience with Dementia/Memory Care desired (minimum 1 year)

We are looking for Cooks who embrace the changing health-care environment and are dedicated to providing excellent care to patients and residents with above-average clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction. If you fit this description, we will be excited to hear from you.

Prior culinary experience or culinary school background required. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays. We are recruiting for both day and evening shift openings. Candidates MUST be vaccinated against COVID-19.

We are looking for candidates for our Dietary Department. We need full-time and part-time employees would be scheduled for afternoons and evenings (11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.).

Interested candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Prior dietary experience preferred but not required.

We are hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant for our facility. Your primary job responsibility is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Interested candidates must have a driver’s license, be willing to be on-call for weekends and holidays, and at least 18 years of age (we offer flexible scheduling in a supportive environment). Candidates with facility or building maintenance experience preferred. Previous experience in healthcare environment desired. MUST BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19.

We are looking for hardworking individuals to be housekeepers for our facility, Pickering Manor. These full-time and part-time shifts are for the day shift.

Interested candidates must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays. Applicants must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management, payroll, account analysis, technical accounting, corporate accounting, governmental accounting, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation. Proficiency in is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivabl

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles
  • Technical accounting expertise, including knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • Experience with non-profit accounting functions, such as financial reporting and consolidation
  • Familiarity with governmental accounting standards and regulations
  • Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations
  • Proficient in using or similar accounting software
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and IFRS
  • Experience with financial report writing and regulatory reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Experience in nonprofit accounting, governmental accounting, and general ledger accounting
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and financial management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis
  • Ability to handle account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation efficiently
  • Experience in a Health Care/Life Plan Community Preferred
  • Insurance and Medicare/Medicaid Billing experience preferred
  • Accounts Payable experience preferred
