Picking Manor is a non-profit organization that is owned and operated by the Community Welfare Council of Newtown – a community service organization that oversees Pickering Manor, the Newtown Theatre, and the Newtown Cemetery. Pickering is the only 501(c)3 senior living community fully owned and operated by the community in Bucks County, PA.
