Pickering Manor started with a generous bequest and over the years we have received other generous bequests that have enabled us to expand our facilities and services.
Pickering Manor accepts various deferred giving options including bequests, charitable remainder trusts, and gifts of appreciated property.
Jessica Kirkpatrick left a legacy gift to Pickering Manor. With her gift, we have built the Kirkpatrick Atrium in our Skilled Nursing Unit. The indoor garden and patio offer much pleasure to our residents who are able to enjoy beautiful natural light. This place also serves as a community hub where residents and their families can gather.
Please contact Susan DeLuca for more information about deferred giving opportunities to Pickering Manor. Also, make sure you consult your financial and/or legal advisor when considering a planned gift.
